Refund Policy

ClearSinus has a 90-day refund policy for your first order, allowing you to try ClearSinus Pro without risk. You have 90 days to request a refund from the date you receive your first order. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.

The order you are requesting a refund for must be the first order you've placed with ClearSinus.

The refund policy only applies to (1) of the same item. We'll give you a full refund for one opened (1) ClearSinus Pro device on your first order only. If you order and open two (2) of the same item, e.g. two (2) ClearSinus Pro devices, you can only receive a refund on one (1) of those opened units.

You must let us know within 90 days of the date of your delivery or we will not be able to accept your refund request. No exceptions. The Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to your first order and not to repeat purchases.

Cancellations We do not cancel orders after they have been placed. If you reach out to cancel an order that has already shipped, we will deny it. IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO IT BEING SHIPPED, YOUR ORDER WILL BE SHIPPED AND WE WILL NOT REFUND IT OR ACCEPT A RETURN.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: ClearSinus will cover the full cost of return shipping.

All other approved returns: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying their own return shipping.

International returns: vary by local carrier

We do not charge restocking or handling fees.
